- Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
- Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
- Support customers with travel difficulties.
- Assist passengers via calls /chat.
- Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
- Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (C1 level)
- Fluent in written and spoken English (B2 level)
- Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit
