Travel Advisor with Norwegian

Job description:
  • Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
  • Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
  • Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
  • Support customers with travel difficulties.
  • Assist passengers via calls /chat.
  • Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (C1 level)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (B2 level)
  • Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded
  • Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease
  • Sharp eye for accuracy and precision
  • Highly organized
  • Available to work from our office in Warsaw
